1. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate images, descriptions, and prices for all products on our website. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information.

2. Orders & Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Payment is due to the delivery agent at the time you receive your order.

3. Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after confirmation. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier service.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Please open and check your product in front of the delivery agent before accepting it.
If the product is found damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, it will be replaced or returned immediately.
Any issue (such as a manufacturing defect) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery; it will be reviewed and, if valid, replaced or repaired.
Damage caused by misuse (e.g. dropping, water damage) or issues reported after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
For a replacement or return, the product must be unused with its original packaging, box, and all accessories intact.
Since payment is made via Cash on Delivery, there is generally no advance payment to refund — our policy focuses on replacing or resolving issues with defective products.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time before delivery. Repeatedly placing orders and refusing delivery may result in us declining to accept future orders from that customer.
